Bienvenue, Les Affamés!
I’m so glad you’re joining me for a food tour. I’m excited to spend a few hours tasting the Parisian monuments with you and helping you understand local rituals.
This page is here to make everything feel easy and welcoming—your quiet invitation into the Les Affamés community, a little club of curious eaters, flavour chasers, and unapologetically hungry souls.
Think of it as a gentle nudge from your guide (that’s me) to help you get ready, feel confident, and maybe discover a few Parisian pleasures you weren’t expecting.
This page is just for my tour guests, so please don’t share it publicly but feel free to share it with other members.
The most important stuff is in the first few sections.

📌 Before Your Tour: What You Need to Know
Getting in touch with me is easiest on WhatsApp—it’s free, and it’s my personal number, so you can text or call me most of the time. (Though I can’t promise I’ll be sober if it’s 3am in Paris.)
I’ll email you before your tour to confirm everything, including the weather forecast and any reservations I may have set up so you’re aware of any time constraints.
If you need anything before then, I’m here to help—whether it’s translation help or a last-minute restaurant rec. Just email me or message me on WhatsApp.
We won’t sign you up to any marketing lists, but if you’d like the occasional behind-the-scenes update, feel free to check out my Substack.
🎒 What to Bring
- Comfortable shoes (yes, even for foodie strolls)
- Reusable water bottle
- Weather-appropriate clothing (Paris is moody—embrace it)
- Curiosity and appetite
🌦️ Weather & Logistics
- We go ahead rain or shine. (Some of the best smells come out when the pavement’s wet.)
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early—things start on time.
- Bathroom access may be limited during the walk, so plan accordingly.
💬 Quick Etiquette Reminders
- A simple “bonjour” really does open doors.
- Many small shops prefer card but in a market cash is king (Your tastings are covered, but just in case you want to grab something extra.)
- Tasting is encouraged—wasting is not. And if you’re not sure what something is, just ask. No one is judging.
